On the days these pictures were taken, the weather was appallingly bad and reflected in the image quality. These stunning falls are split between the USA and Canada and have a staggering flow rate of 2400 cubic meters per second, and yet that is not all the water as a good deal flows through two huge hydro electric power stations generating enough power for 3.8 million homes.
